The space
Located just a 5–7 minute walk to the Delaware Bay, you'll spend your mornings watching breathtaking sunsets (and yes- the bay sunsets really are as beautiful as everyone says), grabbing coffee from the neighborhood café, or taking a short stroll for ice cream and dinner at nearby local favorites.

When you're ready for a beach day, Cape May and the Wildwoods are both only about 15 minutes away, giving you the best of both worlds- quiet coastal living with easy access to the area's most popular destinations.
